Charming building with tiny apartments
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location on Sullivan street which is relatively quiet for the area. Also, the koi pond in the courtyard is a really unique feature.
Cons:
Stairways were not well maintained and pieces of tile were missing from the floor. In the winter, the heating did not work well and I had to buy multiple space heaters. Additionally, the StreetEasy listings are misleading because they virtually stage furniture that couldn’t possibly fit in reality.
Advice to owner:
Renovate stairwells and fix heating or better insulate windows.

Terrible living experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, restaurants around - basically nothing about this building.
Cons:
Sky management is awful and corrupted, David Moreira is the worst property manager I have ever dealt with. You should be glad I was too busy with work and did not sue you.
Advice to owner:
Replace incompetent property managers.

It's a meh with an expensive cost
Former Tenant
Pros:
Heat and location is unmatchable. Building management is responsive but they don't action much. Ive lived here 2 years and nothing has been improved. Cute courtyard but very under utilized. Good natural sun - especially in winter
Cons:
So unbelievably loud. You can hear every step and word in the hallways, every tv playing two levels up, every step your neighbour takes, every word spoke on the street. Its 24/7 so if you are a light sleeper I would recommend against.
Advice to owner:
Soundproof the stairs, put sound proof windows in. Add a table area to the courtyard
