Good location, but terribly loud neighbors
Former Tenant
Pros:
- great location
- great view
- convenient
Cons:
- loud
- wonky floor (slanted)

Almost great, but some notable cons
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management is great and responsive. The doormen are fantastic. Laundry in the basement is so convenient.
Cons:
The Moxy hotel facing the back of the building tends to be loud on weekends and there is a cockroach problem that despite weekly exterminator service has never been fixed. The units that are "lofty" look really cool, but they are very dangerous. I've fallen down my stairs multiple times and so have my guests. It's not very practical.
Advice to owner:
Weekly exterminator is not enough, you need to solve the cockroach problem.

Nice doorman. Landlord responsiveness. Pet friendly. Secure place
Cons:
Building a little bit old. Young population that can make some noise. Weird layout of the apartment

Terrible building / terrible mgmt
Former Tenant
Pros:
Everyone there was a pain to deal with (christian, the ownership who tried to take my security deposit). Doormen we’re great, but otherwise not a good building
Cons:
Everyone there was a pain to deal with (christian, the ownership who tried to take my security deposit)

Good building. Bad sound insulation
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very clean building
Very responsive pest control. In fact, it’s done once a month.
Very pleasant neighbors
Sound comes from outside through Ac system but it’s no more than any other rental building in the area
Cons:
You can hear a cat walking upstairs
Advice to owner:
I like your management

Super walkable neighborhood
Former Tenant
Pros:
This neighborhood is fantastic, so many great restaurants and local shops. Super close to H Mart, Westside Market, and Trader Joe’s. The building is so clean, weekly garbage management, and with monthly pest control. Having a balcony was divine, and my unit had new appliances. Overall I had a great experience with this building and it’s management.
Cons:
You better hope your upstairs neighbor has a couple rugs, it can get a little noisy. I also found the shower to be slow draining, but there is a live in super to snake the drain.
Advice to owner:
Add tables and chairs to the outside patio, and maybe some yard games :)

So Loud, it’s Not Worth it
Former Tenant
Pros:
Laundry is nice
Cons:
Jesus Christ, it’s the loudest apartment I’ve ever lived in. The walls and ceiling are so thin. The Super doesn’t respond or care - had two cases where water leaked from above
