Great apt, bad managing agent
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location in a fun and vibrant area, unique layout, great connection to subways. Close to union square farmers market
Cons:
Managing agent for my unit in particular was terrible. Super was great but anything specific to my apartment was a nightmare dealing with them. It differs apartment to apartment within the building though! So YMMV, and speaking to the super may give you an indication of how the managing agent is
