The least responsive building management team, ever.

Pros:
Incredible neighbors within the building
Cons:
The building management team (Gatsby) is unresponsive, unwilling to cooperate, and does not help anyone living in the building. While the super tries to help with problems (many instances of brown water, cold water, etc.) it takes a long time to get a response or him to come in person. We recently learned the building had 3 instances of bed bugs this past year that went undisclosed, and we have been without water (and power) many times. The management team could not care less, in fact, they have only raised prices.

Super is never around, trash and recycling pile up and we’ve had package thefts
