lots of loves / some dislikes
Former Tenant
Pros:
- renovated
- pet friendly
- quiet
- bright
- great neighbors
- lovely maintenance crew
Cons:
- absolutely freezing in the winter (breezes blow through). it violates renters’ rights. no responses from management.
- landlord/management is basically non-responsive until needing lease renewal signed
- there used to be a monthly pest control person come by who I haven’t seen in a year or two
- garden is absolutely disgusting and nothing like the listing photos. rats overrun the garden. do not go out there at night to drop garbage.
- hallways are filthy (roaches, debris, dust, hair…)
- a small charge fee is added to total cost of rent when paying via direct deposit
Advice to owner:
Respond to your tenants, please.
