Decent building & attentive super
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super is able to get things fixed/handled quickly . Love the apartment itself . Decent appliances , amazing location. Very quiet neighbors .
Cons:
The garbage is in the lobby and smells. It’s removed daily though so it’s not too bad . Plumbing had a bunch of issues upon move in but quickly fixed. The layout of the kitchen is a bit nonsensical— the cabinets can’t open all the way bc of the layout. You can hear neighbors when you’re in the hallways but once in apartment you don’t hear much. If you have someone above you’ll hear their feet.
