Beautiful old building, great neighbors, great bar underneath
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cowgirl is downstairs, neighbors are nice, quiet
Cons:
Scaffolding up for nearly a year, occasional roaches and steam pipe in apartment means it's always hot
Advice to owner:
Take down the scaffolding.
