Responsive landlords, polite super

Pros:
- includes a garden - several long term residents that make an effort to be friendly - landlord unusually willing to make repairs. I requested small cosmetic repairs and he fully replaced my cabinetry

Great Studio with Location and Price

Pros:
Right on the Q line. One block away from the grocery store, convenient store, and decent neighborhood restaurants. Very clean building and lovely backyard community garden area.
Cons:
Long term residents seem to be a little snotty but respectable for the most part. Super can be a little temperamental but get repairs done. Located near hospitals so occasion emergency sirens throughout the day. Some neighbors smoke in their apartments so the smell will come into your apartment
Advice to owner:
Be great to have an online payment system
