NEW RENTERS: BEWARE OF OWNER
Former Tenant
Pros:
-renovations look nice, but are meaningless with poor management.
Cons:
-new ownership using scare tactics to force good tenants out of the building
-ROACHES
-new owners irresponsible with funds and refuse to return deposits
-hallways are a mess and smell awful
-trash area is infested with all kinds of rodents and is very dark and scary to visit during night.
-rent increase over 100%
-landlords will not communicate via written communication, instead would rather show up at late hours of the night and scare tenants into moving out
Advice to owner:
Beware of many tenants taking legal action against you.

Former Tenant

Cons:
Lack of management responsiveness, leaks, smells, no longer fair price (hike in rent )
Bug problem but updated apartmnet
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very new and updated appliances
Cons:
Major bug problem and management doesn’t care
Advice to owner:
To New management - maybe don’t try charging 5k for a shoebox with a bug problem
