ok, good location for price

Pros:
cheap!! and close to everything
Cons:
pests appear occasionally in summer but exterminator gets rid of them and apt has not been updated in ages
Advice to owner:
paint units

noise from street can be a lot sometimes
Advice to owner:
fix the mailbox keys and make the front entrance doors less heavy, I broke multiple keys in it
