Bad area and unclean building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is great
Cons:
Construction going on for years at all times of day and night next door. Block is extremely unsafe with heavy crime. Building itself very old and unclean with management being unresponsive to requests.

Littered with rodents and building is falling apart
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location and amenities.
Cons:
Rodents everywhere in the building, pest services do not have it under control.
Water leakage problems and parts of my walls were falling apart. Service is very slow (WAYFINDER LLC) to address issues.
Advice to owner:
Apartment is falling apart and needs to be taken care of better. Persistent problems.
