Pros:
Rear apt in middle of block is insulated from street sound. Landlord extremely responsive - fixed hot water, put in/took out AC, gave me traps for ants, fixed water damage via window, answered qs about payment. Beautiful courtyard. Awesome shower. Clean. Close to major subway stops.
Cons:
Outer door is two doors so if you forget your outer key you'll be locked out if you go to the outer door to see someone off. Trash in isolated hall on the way to rear apartments can get smelly in summer.
Advice to owner:
I loved staying there, thank you!!! Please keep doing what you're doing.
