Great and responsive landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great landlord - understanding and responds right away Minimal bug/rodent issues. I live on the ground floor for three years and have never seen a mouse *knocks on wood* pest control comes to spray once a month. Live in a rear facing unit. Walls are very thick and cannot hear much from neighbors. Good sound control.
Cons:
Workers in the building are not that friendly. Super is nice but is very busy and can sometimes take a while to head back from him.
