Idk it was okay
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice space and area. great closets in bedrooms
Cons:
Hot water during the winter isnt really a consistent thing. Super will ghost you most times. Also might come into your apartment without you knowing. Will raise rent.

Poor management, old but spacious apt
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Great location, easy access to transportation, groceries, restaurants - contained trash around the corner - across from laundromat - spacious for NYC - no absurd price hikes each year - dishwasher (they even replaced it)
Cons:
- had issues with bed bugs that required extermination - occasional cockroaches and mice
Advice to owner:
- rude, disorganized. building super was nice though

Ely Samuel is the worst landlord you’ll ever have...
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cool neighborhood and reasonable rent. Mostly cool young tenants in the bulding.
Cons:
Ely Samuel, the landlord, is a seriously bad dude. He’s mean, nasty, volatile, and threatening. Had a bedbug outbreak in the building, forced us to pay for exterminators ourselves. Demanded rent checks dropped off at his office in midtown, didn’t matter if it wasn’t convenient for you, on time or he’d threaten to start legal actions. This guy has a severe personality disorder of some kind.
Advice to owner:
Seek counseling or find a line of work where you never need to interact with any other human beings.
