Pros:
Responsive management, clean, very nice supers.
Cons:
Unit was drafty, not the quietest but that is to be expected with an apartment facing 2nd Ave.

- Great location & view of park
- Kind super
- Good layouts for studios
Cons:
- Packages always in lobby / sometimes stolen
- Trash/recyclying overflow at times
- Rent via check
- No elevator
- No pets

Would update rent payments from check form
