Great building for all ages on the UES
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Very friendly doormen & staff - Roof deck & tower club amenities are hard to come by in other buildings - Common spaces are kept very clean - Very family and pet friendly
Cons:
- Fairly extensive board interview process, even for renters - Roof deck has been closed for extended periods of time due to facade construction - Covid restrictions lasted longer / more strenuous than what is recommended by the government - Laundry machines are frequently broken
Advice to owner:
- Update furniture and grills on roof deck - Update laundry machines
