Paper thin walls and floors
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location Bedroom and living room sizes Closet space
Cons:
- Common areas (halls, basement laundry, stairs) are dingy and need cleaning - walls are paper thin and you can hear every foot step of your upstairs neighbors - radiators are loud and you do not have access to turn them off - management and super are difficult to get in contact with
Advice to owner:
Clean the property and have better communication

The absolute worst.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nothing. Totally negative.
Cons:
Landlords don't answer phone, don't make repairs, give tenants the runaround and everything bad you can think of. Our super turns the heat off and blames the tenants when we complain.
Advice to owner:
Please sell the property to a real human being.

Former Tenant
Pros:
It is in the UES and close to a bodega I also like our super Viktor
Cons:
The person living in 2A in 2022 is an irresponsible moron flooded her bathroom twice and the water drained into my apartment below causing significant damage and the management company did not help us at all
Advice to owner:
