Reasonably priced in a great neighborhood
Former Tenant
Pros:
The block is very quiet and mostly clean. Building Super is very nice and helpful. Apartment is in good condition.
Cons:
Laundry room is shared by multiple buildings, so depending on the building you live in, you may have to walk over a couple buildings to access. 1 BR Apartments are very small, minimal closet/storage space.

Landlords there when they need something
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super is great and neighbors are nice and respectful. Some even became good friends!
Cons:
The landlords will not respond to you directly unless they need something. They refused to negotiate during the pandemic when one neighbor organized a big group zoom call and invited landlords.
Advice to owner:
Be straightforward and listen to people who turn apartments into their homes. They’re not there just to serve you. You must serve and respect that they are calling your space home.
