Great Location, Well Kept

Pros:
Fairly responsive management, great location, nice bathroom and kitchen finishes. Did not raise rent. Regular pest control.
Cons:
Management slow to fix a small hole that repair people put in my wall while working on the hallway.

Great apartment for the price

Pros:
Location, fresh renovations, noise between units is tolerable.
Cons:
Could have more windows but that issue was isolated to 1st floor apartments.

Fleeced me on the security deposit, charged $250 for a small crack in the bathroom sink and $150 for throwing out trash before 8pm when I moved out.
