laundry rooms are well kept and the super is fantastic

the elevator doesn’t go to basement

It’s clean, responsive super, laundry in building, package room, elevator
Cons:
Neighbours can get loud but will quiet down if asked, garbage room is outside of main building and can get pretty nasty

Convenient location to train, groceries, restaurants and bars. In door washer and drying units.
Cons:
Next to a fire department.
Advice to owner:

Pros:
Newly renovated building; new laundry room in the basement, which is super clean and neat too. Elevator building. Superintendent is phenomenal, such an awesome guy.
Cons:
Building only had spectrum as their internet provider.
Advice to owner:
Please add online payment method for tenants. It’s almost 2021, let’s not write checks no more...

Good building, no noise proofing between floors, had a package stolen

Clean, Helpful Super, nice building with elevator and laundry room
Cons:
Could hear everything from upstairs from phone calls to footsteps to sex noises. Had a package stolen despite the security system.
Advice to owner:
Need better sound proofing in floors.
