Could be worse

Pros:
Nice renovations Great super Only 2 units per floor Video intercom Washer/dryer
Cons:
Rats in outdoor garbage area at night so I can only take out garbage during day light Management company is HORRIBLE Repairs take forever if they have to hire a specialist They will harass to show your apartment the last 3 months of your lease Small bugs come in from balcony door Next to a park and fire department so it can get noisy No cameras in lobby, packages are often stolen
Advice to owner:
Showing an apartment someone lives in 3 months before they move out is egregious. I can understand a month before, but not 3. The apartment is for rent not sale. Also threatening my security deposit if I don’t show my apartment is illegal.
