Nothing spectacular but not entirely terrible
Former Tenant
Pros:
heating is ok.
Cons:
building's poorly maintained in the common areas and rarely cleaned. Some neighbours are loud, rowdy, noisy frat boy types.
The building is super old and the pipes make enough noise that to disturb your sleep in the morning.
