Nothing fancy, decent place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, apartment had a decent sized common area and bedroom were of reasonable size for NYC. The bike room and in building laundry are super nice to have. Never heard any noises from other apartments and they do clean the stairwell from time to time (probably not often enough) and had a pest control service come by and treat both the stairwell and individual apartments. Would have liked to stay but they priced us out. The other tenants in the building are quite nice people.
Cons:
The paint on the walls was super cheap and chalky and just touching it with clean hands would leave a mark. They didn't turn the heating pipes on all winter so it was cold inside.
Advice to owner:
Please use a better paint in units unless you are ok with it looking weird and dirty.

Nice building with good amenities
Former Tenant
Pros:
Updated, nicely renovated. In unit washer. Rooms are well separated from each other.
Cons:
Building has a tenant who smokes a lot, smoke travels through out the other apartments.
