Affordable but I don't recommend it
Former Tenant
Pros:
Affordable for New York.
Cons:
- Broken glass - Dirty entrance, not suited for a dog - Neighbors complained about the noise in a crazy way (Friday, 11pm, goodbye party and first time having people over in months) - Roach infestation - Unresponsive super when I lost my keys — had to sleep in the hallway - Intercom never worked - Extremely hot apartments during the Summer - Not enough light / windows, which makes you feel locked
