    Very clean and responsive landlord. Felt very safe in the space
    Cons:
    We had a few issues with bugs and then general noise from the street was loud. Our unit was also dark

    No ventilation in shower
    Light bulbs were out when we moved in and we had to pay to replace them

    overpriced while neighbors payed much less, super kind of rude, management changed a lot
