Horrible building and owner
Former Tenant
Pros:
There are no pros
Cons:
Owner Mike Rabar is a slum lord. I used to live on the 5th floor and he broke into our apartment with the super destroying our property. There was black mold throughout the apartment and he did nothing to resolve the issue. The only reason he isn’t in jail is because despite calling the police we were never able to serve him to get him into court. Avoid this building at all cost.
