The lives of Black and Brown people neglected
Former Tenant
Pros:
No pros - all terrible
Cons:
Severe mismanagement of a capital improvement project that was not rethought to accommodate shareholders WHO LIVE INSIDE OF THEIR APARTMENTS, during the Covid-19 pandemic. Exposure to concrete dust, mold , maybe asbestos... no communications from the Board of Directors and management and no clear solutions. Windows in parts of apartments were sealed and no use of air conditioner during the day - IN THE SUMMER!!! Many elders and majority Black and Brown folks - IN A PANDEMIC THAT IMPACTS THE RESPIRATORY SYSTEM!
Advice to owner:
Consider the well being of shareholders.
