Don't waste your time
Former Tenant
Pros:
Outdoor space is wonderful
Cons:
Poorly maintained, mgmt doesn't do anything and they're quite rude. Impossible to heat or cool well (bad windows) and it costs a fortune during the winter and you'll still use space heaters. Lots of leaks and cracked floor tile. Ants and roaches downstairs constantly.
Advice to owner:
Put some time and money into the building before it's too late.
