Super is rude and unhelpful

Decent appliances, super convenient location
Cons:
Super doesn’t do shit and isn’t very responsive. Packages get stolen all the fk time. There’s a nightclub right below the building so good luck falling asleep On weekends past midnight

Pros:
Good location. Big windows with lots of light.
Cons:
Terrible management company. Impossible to contact and if you do get a hold of them, they hang up on you. Broken appliances for months before being fixed. Stolen packages daily with nothing being done to even attempt to address the problem.
Advice to owner:
Listen to tenants and be available to contact. Be even a little bit responsive.

Not the worst building

Pros:
Great location, generally clean, shareable roof top, pet friendly
Cons:
Very overpriced, water gets very cold, dryer doesn’t work well, packages get stolen, slow response from Managment
Advice to owner:
Lower rent and respond faster to tenants. Do something about the packages constantly getting stolen.
