LOUD street, so so management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very nice neighbors, lots of space in the apartments.
Cons:
If you have a street side apartment overlooking St. Nick it is SO LOUD. Lola Lola restaurant is right below and they blast bass heavy music every night until 4am. Music constantly playing, drunk people outside, you will never sleep. Management is so-so - they fixed some things when asked, but I asked about a window repair and it never happened while I was there. It seemed like every month we lost hot water for a day. Super changed like 3 times in the 10 months I was there. Some emails, but never answered. Supposed to do pest control, but no sign up sheet ever there. Roaches in building. Garbage is just kind of thrown in the alley.
Advice to owner:
You need to clean up the space, respond to residential issues, and set up actual pest control consistently.
