Pretty clean, nice location. Management team is responsive about big issues like water leaks, gas problems, etc.

Windows need to be replaced and they haven’t been

Cons:
Lack of proper building maintenance and lack of responsiveness by building management, including the superintendent.
Advice to owner:
Keep the building clean and safe. Return phone calls and respond to emails.
