Could be a great place, but...

Ok apartment. Bad management.

Pros:
Apartment was fairly nice, and the building was always clean and quiet.
Cons:
Management was very hard to get a hold of and maintenance requests were never completed. They also kept my entire deposit without notification as to why or any issues with the state of the apartment when I moved out.
Advice to owner:
You have a decent building and residents were pretty chill. Metropolitan property management, on the other hand, was a pain to deal with and very dishonest.
