The Building is amazing however management is the worst

Pros:
It’s always super clean it runs like a hotel for the most part the concierges and support staff go above and beyond for residents, the handyman Ben is amazing and goes above and beyond.
Cons:
The resident manager Ivan is like the Gestapo, he watches the cameras and Harasses the residents about anything the cameras are their for our safety and security not to be monitored.
Advice to owner:
To revamp management at the property to uphold the Related standard. The Related way has set the standard in the luxury market and the removal of the current management at the property or retraining of would help they need know the resident is always right .
