Nice building - great building team

Pros:
Nice building. The team is great. Well located.
Cons:
People speak super loud in the lobby (not the building team, the tenants...) and some.neighbors are super noisy.
Advice to owner:
Ensure that building rules (regarding noise) are respected. Be transparent about the noise created by the garage.

A+ building to live in! Highly recommend!

Pros:
Friendly doormen, laundry in basement, gym access included with rent, mail/package area
This building also has a cozy, home feel
Cons:
The management company (BLDG) is very difficult to reach! If you call them and leave a voicemail, they most likely won’t call you back.
Advice to owner:
Please call back residents!! It’s very unprofessional when I don’t hear back after leaving messages about various things.

Maintenance is very responsive, The Doormen are friendly and always look out for the residents, apartments are very nic and updated
Cons:
Walls can be thin, you can hear your neighbors
