Neighbors loud, rattle my guts with sun woofer
Former Tenant
Pros:
Washer drier and beautiful view of Inwood hill park. Great kitchen, great air with east and west windows.
Cons:
Walls too thin. My neighbors suck.
Advice to owner:
Kick out the losers using apt as a recording studio
