Nice Apartments - Terrible Mangement
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice apartments with good layouts and good light. Good location.
Cons:
Management is horrible - rude, non-responsive, and without regard for tenants. Non-stop rodent problems, stolen packages, and little mitigation for criminal activity in and outside of the building. It's also incredibly loud, being on the corner of 50th and 10th. In general, the quality of life is not great, with constant noise, an unsafe, dirty building, and a landlord/management company that treats supers live slaves and tenants like prisoners. Living in this building comes with a laundry list of compromises, yet the landlord charges as if it's a luxury building. If the building owner actually cared for tenants, it could actually be a nice place to live. Unfortunately, management makes life hell.
Advice to owner:
Try harder and hire better managment members. There's a reason why all of the long terms tenants are moving out.

8 years went pretty smoothly!
Former Tenant
Pros:
They were always pretty responsive.
Cons:
The building itself is fairly old, so it requires upkeep. Had some water damage over the years but it was always taken care of.
Advice to owner:
The mailboxes could be replaced, a few mailbox doors are loose.
