Great building and management, thin walls
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is very clean and well managed. The super and management company are responsive.
Cons:
The walls are very thin between apartments. If you live next door to a quiet neighbor, great. If not, it’s very disruptive and why I’ll be moving.

Overall, an ok starter apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
It's very clean and quiet - mostly families in the building. The management is nice, and the building itself is well-maintained.
Cons:
The condo rules are ridiculous. You basically cannot use any of the amenity spaces with guests without having to pay $1,000 to "rent" the spaces. The neighborhood is also becoming dirtier, louder, and with an increased drug presence.
Advice to owner:
Lower the costs of the amenities

Roof garden could be better maintained.

Great Building in Hell's Kitchen!
Former Tenant
Pros:
A nice building with great amenities, great staff
Cons:
Thin walls, questionable designs for storage spaces, and if leasing from the management company, they're not very responsive

Pretty nice option
Former Tenant
Pros:
Love the access to the neighborhood, also not too noisy as it’s between the avenues.
Cons:
The building layout is confusing for guests, but not a problem for tenants.

Building work staff great but walls paper thin
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice layout, and amenities. Every worker in building is terrific. Super (Freddy) is great.
Cons:
Walls paper thin, can hear music and conversations in next apartment. Utility bills very high. GAIA management suck. Treat you like you're a squatter. Try to make you think you have no rights.
Advice to owner:
Fire the people managing leases and owner service. Even building staff hate her.

Fantastic place to live in Hell's Kitchen.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is clean, amenities are nice and staff are FANTASTIC!
Cons:
Unfortunately my unit is on a lower floor so it can be a little loud sometimes. However, that comes with the territory of living in Hell's Kitchen.
