Solid short-term lease
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building was very clean and had a laundry room and elevator that were well maintained. The management company was run out of the first floor of the building so you could walk right in with questions 9-5
Cons:
thin walls. neighbor had a dog they weren't supposed to have that barked constantly when my neighbor wasn't home
Advice to owner:
Enforce pet rules or screen pets before they live here!

A comfortable home away from home
Former Tenant
Pros:
The unit came furnished with everything I needed to call home, and was very comfortable. The location is quiet but within 10 minutes walking distance to Time Square, the building management is responsive, and maintenance addresses issues quickly.
Cons:
The walls are a bit thin, and sound travels through the hallways very easily. I could hear my next door neighbor, and occasionally even neighbors conversations on the opposite side of the floor during the day. That said, all of the tenants were courteous, and noise never became a serious issue.

Like it so far
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, laundry in building, nice decorations
Cons:
Key pad takes a lot of pressure to push buttons, wifi is for everyone so you can’t reset the modem.
