Pros:
Neighbors on my floor are respectful. No noise complaints on my end.
Cons:
Elevators are constantly out. I’m worried about the winter months and the common water and heating issues. The smell of the staircases. Please clean them every day. I often have to walk over puddles of piss when I use the stair cases.
Advice to owner:
Make sure you monitor and replace systems. It’s ridiculous that last year there were so many incidents of no heat and no water. Just because we’re low income, doesn’t mean that we also have to put up with this kind of environment. We have kids and very sick, aging parents. We all deserve to have a safe place to live without worrying about all of these problems happening constantly. Grounds, lobby and stair cases should be cleaned every day!
