No Heat in 2240
Former Tenant
Pros:
It's a small building (only 8 units total), so not too much foot traffic coming in/out of the building.
Cons:
The building has had inadequate heat since winter 2020 and management has refused to fix the issue. They keep telling tenants it's a unit issue when in fact it is not.
Advice to owner:
Tenants deserve heat and not to be lied to. Please fix -- heat is a basic right.
