Pros

Doormen, service people, management are responsive. They are all very nice

Noise, but then again, it’s in manhattan near the hospital. Expensive.

Recommend living here!

Pros

- clean building, maintenance is responsive as well - great location, close to the river, byrant park, nypl, grand central, trader joes, whole foods etc - love the doormen! - never had issues with pests, but have heard about some complaints on another floor a few years ago

Cons

- dim lights in hallways, but they will be renovating that and the hallway rugs for the next few weeks so there might be some disturbance short term, but long term benefits - trader joes and whole foods are about 10-15 mins walk, but there is gristedes closeby
