Very Attentive Landlords

Pros:
* The landlords are very attentive and quick to address issues
* Awesome location right next to a great deli
Cons:
* The street is a little heavy on rats
* Our first floor apartment flooded multiple times from rain storms and a water main break
* The place can get quite cold in the winter
Advice to owner:
I think the owners did a great job of being attentive to the unit and addressing our concerns.

The building common areas are cleaned regularly and well maintained. The apartment is spacious and quiet
Cons:
The laundry room has 2 washers and 2 dryers so sometimes it is occupied and you have to wait for others to be done
