- high ceilings - laundry in building - courtyard - quiet - responsive - large layout
Cons:
- uneven floors - older appliances - heat sometimes too high

Lovely Quiet Walk Up

Pros:
It’s a small building only 8 units and it’s relatively quiet. Occasionally on weekend evenings you hear music from a neighbor across the courtyard. Building and hallway is very well lit and kept pretty clean. The Super is very responsive and addresses issues immediately. Apartments are very spacious and it was super clean when I moved in.
Cons:
It’s an old building and so you get the occasional huge roach, despite the fact we have monthly pest control.
