Building needs more attentive management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good modern renovation in the appartment. Good water pressure Spacious living area Heaters work Great location, nearby to express trains to mid-town
Cons:
Managing company difficult to reach. When having to discuss something, they make you go from Harlem to Union sq. They always talked about the net rent, hiding the gross rent to pay. Also they offer a discount for the first year and didnt keep it dor the second The building was not cleaned properly Super wasnt very responsive A lot of smells from neighboors
Advice to owner:
Be available. Have a super who actually cares about the building
