Good for what it costs
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent prices are reasonable. Apartments have good soundproofing. Landlord & super are very, very responsive! Also they added Verizon Fios which was a massive win.
Cons:
Water pressure is not great. Sometimes in the winter it took 15+ minutes of running water in the shower before it got hot; it did always manage to get there though.
Advice to owner:
If it’s possible to fix the plumbing for the hot water this place would be the best you can get for the amount of square footage.
