Quiet (in the rear building) and relatively clean
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Washer/dryer didn't work upon moving in. It took them a few weeks, but they eventually replaced it (no repairs attempted) - The freezer stopped working within a few months. We submitted a few tickets, and they did eventually replace it at the 6 month mark - Super was very responsive when there was an emergency leak from the unit above us - Apartments were renovated - Rear building is very quiet - Trash area usually pretty clean - No issues with stolen packages; Amazon delivered past the vestibule into a package area - Roof is cool (but there's no furniture) - Super mostly left us alone - no unexpected visits - Management company was polite, refunded us deposit in a timely manner - No interruptions to heat or hot water (and the water was SUPER hot and high pressure)
Cons:
- No intercom on rear building - Intercom system stopped working intermittently - Contacting management was confusing - Super was sometimes hard to get a hold of (had to call/text multiple times)

great apartment for young people
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is well kept, there are constantly people coming in and cleaning and the trash is taken out multiple times a week. The super is decent at responding and getting things done. It’s a great space and the location is such a plus.
Cons:
The walls in this building are VERY thin. You will hear everything. I can basically hear every step the person above me takes (i cant also hear bed springs squeaking if you know what i mean). This is a building full of young people, lots of NYU students. There will be constant parties on the roof and in people’s apartments, and it gets very loud. Everytime the front door to the building closes, it creates a weird wind tunnel or something which causes your front door to rattle. If you are ok with noise, you will be fine. One of the residents was recently robbed, this was not the fault of management, but it should still be known to people who are considering living here. There is also someone who likes to open packages and steal them, so dont let your packages sit in the lobby for too long.
Advice to owner:
Put deadbolts on the doors, the chain lock is not enough. Put more cameras in the building so we can see who is stealing all of the packages.

Wost experience I’ve ever had in nyc
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s a Good location
Cons:
I have a hole in my roof for 5 months now and only now have they started taking some action to fix the matter. It still is not fixed. My washer/drier unit has also not be working for 3 months.
