Clean and quiet
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is super quiet and no issues of bugs or rats. The building is youthful and has a group chat which is nice for safety/packages.
Cons:
Management is HORRIBLE. Will take forever to help and usually have a massive attitude. Honestly why I’m moving because I’ve had 3 major leaks in the apartment and management handled it horribly.
Packages get stolen here too
Advice to owner:
1. Be kinder 2. Be more responsive with building issues as the rent is pretty high

I’ll miss this place
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great experience here. Neighbors are friendly, packages rarely get stolen, a porter comes by every weekday to keep the place clean. The super, Jonathan, is awesome!
Cons:
Centennial is money hungry and NYC Management was sometimes unresponsive
