Nice apartment but not worth the problems

Pros:
The apartment is in an accessible location, the topical things are maintained well.
The are reviews of people not getting security deposit, but I got mine on time.
Cons:
The noise levels are ridiculous, especially ceiling noise. You can hear people walk and its 10x the noise you can imagine. No response from the building what so ever.
No security cameras and packages go missing all the time.
Advice to owner:
Please take measures to ensure security and actually respond and try to fix issues with the building
