great front desk staff, maintenance, package room etc. everyone is super friendly and helpful. hallways/neighbors are super quiet and I rarely hear any outside noise

After Covid they raised my rent on a 1Br 2Flex 55% which I negotiated down to 27%. The next year, they raised it $300. The next year they raised it another $300 and added the gym as an amenity. They can do whatever they want.

What is the average monthly utility bill?

Gym is NOT included. You get a free trial then its around $200 a month. I lived there for 18 months and the roof was closed/under construction for 14 of them. Laundry is $2.75 a load.
