Good management overall
Former Tenant
Pros:

Cons:
Cockroaches and the hot water would turn off bc of construction very often

Was pretty good
Former Tenant
Pros:
Elevator and AMPLE laundry in building.
Cons:
The trash chute on each floor is way too small (I know I know minor issues). The hot water was "fixed" about once a month leaving one day out of every month with no hot water. Walls are pretty thin...
Advice to owner:
For the price, it was worth it!

Great place to live. Terrible leasing office.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice area to live. Maintenance team very responsive.
Cons:
Leasing office employees are extremely incompetent. Not bright or informed people.
Advice to owner:
Get a new asset manager or new leasing team.

Easy Living (minus the heat)
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management is quick to respond to any issues. Elevator & laundry in building. Packages delivered to your door. Ample windows for natural light. Garbage chute on every floor. Community events in spring/summer.
Cons:
Heat cannot be controlled within the apartment (at least in this building/unit). It is regulated by the building and so comes on/off when the average temperature of the building reaches a min/max temp. This can be very frustrating, especially in some of the smaller rooms that do not need nearly as much heat as a larger space and end up sweltering.
Advice to owner:
Change heating system!!
